Your Order
Please allow 7 - 10 working days for your doll to be made. The doll will not come in the same clothes as in photo's. All dolls ordered with a TuTu will be dressed in a TuTu.
Collection
You are very welcome to collect your order but this is by appointment ONLY.
Returns
In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and in all original packaging.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable if the item is not faulty.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back. Item must be returned within 7 working days from the day after you received the item.
After placing and paying for your order, Please supply a contact number. This will be for courier use only and will NOT be saved on file.
